COVID-19 – UPDATE

Adelaide Dermatology Associates is committed to providing the safest possible environment for patients, staff, and their families, many of which who are elderly, immunocompromised, unwell, or are too young to be vaccinated.

From Tuesday 23rd November 2021 all patients and visitors will be required to be fully (double) COVID-19 vaccinated to enter our rooms and Western Hospital. Further information and options for unvaccinated patients can be found below or by contacting the clinic on (08) 8159 1378

All patients and visitors will be required to provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination to enter our rooms. We ask that in addition to having proof of vaccination on the day that you send a copy to reception@adelaidederma.com.au prior to your visit.

If you hold a vaccination exemption, please contact our rooms, and advise our team. You will be required to provide proof of exemption.

For urgent appointments for unvaccinated patients (including children and babies under 12 years) please contact the rooms to discuss your options.

If you are an existing Adelaide Dermatology Associates patient and require a review appointment, it may be possible to arrange a telehealth phone or video appointment at your doctor’s discretion.

Alternatively, we encourage you to get fully vaccinated as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment for after your second dose.

  • All patients are required to wear a face mask unless you hold an exemption. (We ask that you consider wearing a face shield).
  • To assist with social distancing please avoid arriving early or late to your scheduled appointment. Only the patient (and carer if required) are asked to attend. (Children are not permitted to accompany unless they are the patient)
  • DO NOT attend our rooms if you:
    • Are unwell with COVID-19 symptoms as per SA Health
    • Are awaiting COVID-19 test results
    • Have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
    • Have travelled anywhere with current border restrictions
    • Have visited any current contact tracing locations listed by SA Health
