Dear Patients
Due to recent government imposed and inflationary added costs, it has been necessary for us to introduce an administration and technology fee effective July 1, 2024.
We have previously absorbed these numerous escalating costs however, in order to continue practicing and maintain our high level of patient care we have had to make the difficult decision to share these costs with our patients.
We thank you for your continued support and understanding.
REFERRALS
Please ensure you have a valid referral letter from your GP.
GP referral letters are valid for 12 months from your initial consult whilst Specialist are valid for 3 months. Please note if you are booking an appointment for an entirely new reason, you will require a new referral letter.
If you are unsure about your referral, please contact the clinic on 08 8159 1378.
NON ATTENDANCE
Please note failure to attend an appointment may occur a fee.
COVID19
If you have any of the following symptoms- fever, Cough, Sore throat, Shortness of breath,
or have had close contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having COVID-19 in the last 7 days,
or are awaiting the results of a PCR test

CARPARKING
There is a carpark located at the front of the hospital at no charge as well as surrounding streets. Please note in busy periods the carpark can become full so allow yourself plenty of time to find a park.
