Please ensure you read the below information PRIOR to your appointment
Update: July 1, 2025
FEE INCREASE
We are committed to providing you with the highest quality care in a safe, efficient, and modern environment. Due to substantial increases in the cost of consumables, insurances, technologies, and other essential aspects of running a medical practice, we have made the difficult decision to implement a fee increase effective July 1, 2025.
To ensure we can continue delivering the level of care you expect, this also includes a 6.6% Administration and Technology Surcharge. This surcharge reflects the rising operational costs and will appear as an additional line on your receipt, separate from your Medicare claim. The overall increase in fees is inclusive of this surcharge.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we navigate these challenges while striving to maintain the quality of service you deserve.
REFERRALS
Please ensure you have a valid referral prior to your upcoming consultation.
-
GP referrals are valid for 12 months from the date of your first consultation.
-
Specialist referrals are valid for 3 months from the date of your first consultation.
While we make every effort to remind patients when a new referral is required, it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to ensure their referral is current and valid.
If you are unsure whether your referral is still valid, please contact us on (08) 7119 8969 and our team will be happy to assist.
NON-ATTENDANCE
Please be advised that if you fail to attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may apply.
We have a significant waitlist of patients seeking appointments, so it’s important that all scheduled appointments are kept or cancelled with sufficient notice. This allows us to offer the time to someone else in need of care.
SICKNESS
If you are experiencing any cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms (such as cough, sore throat, fever, runny nose, or fatigue), we kindly ask that you advise us as soon as possible and cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This helps us protect our staff, doctors, and other patients—especially those who may be vulnerable.
LOCATION
Our clinic is located on Level 2 of Western Hospital, at the end of the corridor.
There is free onsite parking available, as well as surrounding street parking. However, please note that parking can be limited during busy times, so we recommend allowing extra time before your appointment to find a park.
